What is your return or exchange policy ?
At Shez - We are there for you !We only release our products after a thorough Quality Check. That means, there is absolutely 0% chance that you receive a poor quality product ( improper print, smudges, torn, loose threads etc)
RETURNS : We will take returns only of defective products. Kindly take a picture of your product defect, & send to us at shezglobal.store@gmail.com. OR fill up the contact us form in the Contact Us page. We respond within 1 HOUR.
EXCHANGE : In case you need to exchange the product for another size, please write to us at shezglobal.store@gmail.com OR fill up the contact us form in the Contact Us page with your request to exchange size. We will respond within 1 hour.
We do not make exchanges for another design or another colour.
When will you Deliver my order ?
We take 2-3 business days to prepare, quality check & release parcel to our shipper.
The Shipper usually takes another 2 business days to make the final delivery.
So, once your order is placed, we will make a delivery within 5 business days or less.
Business Days EXCLUDE Sunday.
PS : We do face some delays from shippers in peak seasons. We will try our best in such scenerios to support an on time delivery to you or communicate a correct timeline.

All Payments made on SHEZ are 100% secure with our collaborators - Razorpay & Stripe. These are International Service Providers, and pose minimal risk to your digital safety.
Alternatively, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) with an additional charge of Rs 50/-.

We track your order for you.
Every time we receive an order, our email triggers off sending customers their invoice AND live information about their parcel once shipped.
If you dont provide an email address on checkout, we will try to use your phone number to provide you the information. However, this is not live/realtime as there are a string of security measures needed before we communicate with customers on SMS or Whatsapp. We are trying to streamline this as well.
